Every person deserves to have a peaceful relationship with food and their body, and I love helping my clients get there (while acknowledging the systems that limit it for many of us). By combining mindfulness principles with integrative/functional nutrition and meeting yourself where you’re at, we can create slow, sustainable, realistic changes that support YOUR personal body.
